The Andy Opitz Memorial Fund

The HPU College of Liberal Arts and the Department of English & Applied Linguistics are pleased to announce the establishment of the Andy Opitz Memorial Fund, in honor of the late Dr. Andrew Opitz, Assistant Professor of English who passed away in March 2015. This fund will be used to establish and support the Opitz Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Writing, which will honor excellent student writing for each academic year.
