College of Extended and Interdisciplinary Education Faculty Receives Marine Corps Base Hawaii Recognition

Assistant Professor James Corcoran, Ph.D., College of Extended and Interdisciplinary Education, received public recognition from Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) for his role as invited Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Chief of Staff in Red Team Advanced Courses and exercises related to Taiwan, China, and Asia. The University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies (UFMCS), Leavenworth, Kansas, conducted the Advance Courses and exercises during the last week of January and the first week of February, 2017.
The UFMCS Director for the Advanced Courses and the MCBH course members praised Professor Corcoran for his effectiveness and especially for conducting a Red Team session with the director and staff of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office of Honolulu.
