The Strategic Planning Leadership Task Force, composed of faculty, staff, students, and Board members, are working to help prepare for the 2017-2027 Strategic Plan Process. In the current phase of the process, the staff members of this task force are hosting fora to share where we are in the process, as well as hear your feedback on HPU’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). This valuable information, amongst many other inputs, will help the Strategic Planning Leadership develop Themes, which will eventually become part of our 2017-2027 Strategic Plan.
Staff, if you have not had an opportunity to attend one of the earlier scheduled fora organized for staff, there are two remaining.
At this time we are unable to host participation off-site, so it is our hope that with the number of available fora, all interested staff will be able to attend one in-person.
