Free Airline Tickets Drawing for Enrolled HPU Students: Complete Survey

Enrolled HPU students, 18 years and older: Take the time to complete an anonymous, voluntary survey in order to enter a drawing to win two free round trip airline tickets to a neighbor island!

This survey is being conducted as part of an NCAA CHOICES grant awarded to HPU and will be used to help guide outreach and awareness efforts. With the NCAA CHOICES grant, HPU can address its unique challenges and develop and implement alcohol education initiatives that involve university students, faculty, staff, community organizations, and businesses. The survey data will be used to develop “The Shark Way” educational programs that empower, educate, and equip students to make informed choices that are lawful, healthy, safe, and appropriate. “The Shark Way,” which can profoundly impact students’ lives — academically, personally, and professionally — is a critical step towards campus-wide efforts to reduce alcohol abuse.

The survey includes questions about use of alcohol and other drugs, along with associated beliefs and attitudes. The survey may be completed online or on your mobile phone, and will take less than 20 minutes. The survey must be completed by Oct. 16, 2016.
