HPU Preview Day: 3/12
If you know a student whom you’d like to learn about HPU and its undergraduate programs and student services, invite them to Preview Day on Saturday, March 12, at Aloha Tower Marketplace. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. and validated parking will be available. More information and RSVP link here.

HPU ‘Ohana Exhibit: Call for artwork
Calling student, faculty and staff artists! HPU would like to display your work at the March 20-May 6 exhibit at Hawaii Loa campus. Art is being accepted through Friday, March 4. Downtown drop-off is FS200, and for HLC, contact Angie Botelho at 236-3581. An entry form must be filled out for each entry (limit 10 entries per person) and hard copies will be located at the drop-off points.   

YMCA PAC Leaders program
The program offers eligible students with exposure to professional development workshops and career mentorship. Application deadline: Friday, March 11. More information and application here. Questions? Contact Ryan Tin Loy, Career Services Center, or 544-0230.

Peer Academic Coach (PAC) applications open
Applications are open for the 2016-2017 PAC team! PACs are upper-class student leaders who provide academic support, motivation and mentorship for new students during their first year at HPU. The PAC position is a paid, student employment opportunity for the 2016-2017 academic year. Apply at until the March 21, 2016, close date.

Light Up the Night 2016: Call for Nominations
The Center for Student Life and First-Year Programs invites staff and faculty to nominate deserving candidates for Light Up the Night 2016, HPU’s reception for student leaders. This call for nominations focuses on recognizing those students within your respective department or program who have made considerable contributions to HPU and who genuinely enhance the HPU experience for their fellow students (extra- or co-curricular involvement, outstanding student worker, etc.). HPU Libraries workshop: Cite in a snap
Learn how to create a bibliography in a snap! Join the weekly workshops on Zotero and EndNote Basic, free easy-to-use tools that help you collect, organize, share, and cite your research resources.

Sessions are held Downtown every Tuesday at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., either on the 5th floor of Meader Library, or at the Learning Commons at Aloha Tower Marketplace. Reserve a seat here. If you can't make it on a Tuesday, email to set up an appointment.
