Jerry Agrusa, Ph.D., participated in The 2016 Pacific Symposium for Science& Sustainability (PS 3), a regional competition under the National Junior
Science & Humanities Symposium and sponsored by the Department of Defense, which
was held on Jan. 16-17 at the John A. Burns School of Medicine.
Sixty Hawaii Academy of Science high school students presented, and regional participants represented all the neighbor islands, American Samoa and Micronesia. Finalists at (PS 3) received expense-paid trips to the national Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, which will be in Dayton, Ohio.
