In
commemoration of HPU’s 50th anniversary on Thursday, Sept. 17, the
university ‘ohana celebrated with numerous events held last week in Hawai‘i and
around the world: 50th anniversary week golf tournament; birthday
cake cutting at Hawaii Loa campus (HLC) and Aloha Tower Marketplace (ATM); Trustees’
Dinner, a fundraiser to benefit student success; ‘Ohana Party, which included a
surprise fireworks display; Pa‘ina at the Pier concert; and pau hanas organized
by alumni around the world!

Campus Activities Board sponsored a birthday cake cutting event at ATM on Thursday, Sept. 17. Student Government Association also sponsored birthday cake at HLC on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
